Where To Eat Salad In Pattaya

There’s a vast array of restaurants in Pattaya with international and local cuisines in various guises and at many price points. Also in recent years local delivery services “Grab” and “Hungry Now” have become extremely popular in the city. They have made it more convenient than ever to get food delivered quickly and cheaply to your home. However, the choice of home-delivered food via these services tends to be more on towards the junk and fast food options. So mindful that we should all try to eat more healthily, here now are some suggestions of places in Pattaya where you can eat an excellent nutritious salad. These recommendations not only provide a simple side salad addition but a variety of salads as a full-sized meal – so why not give them a try?.

Peine

Situated at the Jomtien beach road end of Soi Chaiyapruek 1, you will find a delightful cafe bistro, where quite a few diners bring their laptops to pass the time with a coffee or meal. Peine serves a variety of breakfast and brunch options as well as some excellent salads. These include avocado, smoked salmon, shrimp, bacon, tuna, and chicken – all very reasonably priced.

Marco’s

It is better known for its pizza and pasta offerings; it makes a list for simply providing the best chicken caesar salad in town, a generous serving with plenty of chicken and a great sauce. Also on the menu is an excellent seafood salad, traditional mozzarella cheese, and tomato Caprese, and a Parma ham salad with rocket, parmesan cheese, and cherry tomatoes. Marco’s restaurant is located on Thappraya Road.

Five Star Vegetarian Restaurant

Of course, you would expect to get a good salad from a vegetarian restaurant, and Five Star will not disappoint. Just in the centre of town by the Third Road and South Pattaya Road junction amongst the many salad variations on its menu, this restaurant has some unusual Thai and Indian specials.

Coffee Club

This Australian chain has made it across to Thailand with several branches in both Bangkok and Pattaya. Usually found within shopping malls, this is a go-to place to dine if you are looking for salads with some more adventurous offerings such as chilli prawns and orange, chicken quinoa, and “power bowls” for diners on a Keto diet.

Yes Vegan

Down a small side road in the Pratumnak area, you will find Yes Vegan, which, although tucked away, has become a popular place for lovers of organic and healthy meals. There’s a vast array of vegan options here, but salads of particular note are the Spicy eggplant burger salad and a sunflower sprout salad.

Surf & Turf

To the north of Pattaya Surf and Turf is on Soi 16. A charming restaurant is aptly named because you can either dine inside with air-conditioned seating or al-fresco right beside beautiful Wongamat beach. Their salad choices include many fish and seafood varieties and some delicious cold platters to be enjoyed with a chilled glass of wine right by the seafront.
