Although the number of new projects that are entering the marketplace has slowed somewhat in recent years, that certainly doesn’t mean that it has stopped completely. Indeed, there are several new, quality projects that are being launched, the majority of which are in the Jomtien area of the city. We have selected just 6 of the most recent projects that have been made available.
Riviera Monaco
The Riviera Group have enjoyed plenty of success in the last few years with their previous projects, Riviera Wongamat and Riviera Jomtien. The latest addition to the family will be the Riviera Monaco that will be located in Na Jomtien. Once again, this will be an upmarket, high-rise condominium that will be approximately 300 metres from the seafront. A lot of emphasis has been placed on the recreational facilities include an ultramodern fitness centre and infinity pool. One of the key features will be in the infinity pools that feature on a number of private balconies.
Riviera Ocean Drive
Ocean Drive will be the fourth project from the Riviera Group. It will be found on Jomtien Second Road and is certain to be a high-quality project in keeping with the rest of their projects. Details are a little bit sketchy at the present time but we will update you shortly once more information has been made available.
The Edge
The Edge will be a new project from the Sansiri Group and will be located at the bottom of Soi Diana on Pattaya Second Road. This will be a state-of-the-art high-rise building that will appeal to both foreign and Thai investors. Due to its location and the lack of other properties that are currently being built in the area demand is anticipated to be high.

Empire Tower
The Empire Tower will be situated on Soi Watboon again in Jomtien. Although it will be around 800 metres from the beach, many of the units on the higher floors will have unspoilt sea views. The property is ideally located for all the local amenities including a local food market and 7 Elevens. Tesco Lotus is just a short drive away. It is thought that this property has plenty of potential for capital growth with prices being around 20% lower than many of the other recently launched projects in the area. This doesn’t mean that the developer, Matrix, has cut any corners and indeed this will be a very high-quality project once completed.
Copacabana
Copacabana will be high-rise project located on Jomtien Beach Road and is due to be completed in 2020. This is a luxury condominium project that will be one of the very few high-rise projects with seafront access. Similar to the Riviera Monaco, the property has Jacuzzis on several balconies will be one of the finest projects in the area once it has been completed. This is another project where demand is expected to be high.
Arcadia Millennium
The Arcadia Millennium is a new project from Heights Holdings that is situated on Third Road in South Pattaya. This is a high rise development comprising of 45 storeys. The property is ideally located for the entertainment centres of Soi Buakhao and Walking Street. The building will have two infinity swimming pools, a fitness centre, spa and sauna. Onsite will be a gourmet restaurant as well as a commercial area for residents added convenience.
