A lot of these properties were built to a very high standard and have been well-maintained to ensure that they still appeal to a wide audience today. Here are 5 of the best older villages in Pattaya.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><strong>Greenfield Villas 1<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Greenfield Villas have long since built some excellent properties in East Pattaya and indeed Greenfield Villas 1, the original is a prime example. The houses were well constructed to European standards and the villages are all extremely well maintained will quality roads and facilities. Although the houses are certainly a little older now, many have been renovated and represent good value for money. Similarly aged villages from the same developer include Greenfield Villas 2 and 3 which have always proved to be extremely popular and are still highly sort after.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><strong>Pattaya Hill 2<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Pattaya Hill 2 is another older village that has always been well-maintained. The houses are of a good standard and the location, in Soi Khao Noi, is ideal for local restaurants, shops and bars. Getting to and from Pattaya is relatively straightforward. Few houses are available in this village which demonstrates what a good village it is. There are several other villages in the same soi but it is arguably Pattaya Hill 2 that represents the best value for money.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><strong>SP3<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>It would be quite easy to select any of the excellent SP villages when suggesting a quality project. SP3 is located on Soi Siam Country Club and is a mid-sized village smaller than SP2 but far larger than SP Private which can be found close by. The houses are constructed to a high standard and the village is well managed with some excellent communal features. The village is reasonable well-maintained and is perfect for shops, restaurants and bars. The properties at the front and rear of the village are particularly desirable.
