One type of bar that appeals to everyone is an excellent rooftop bar, one that offers great views with a gentle breeze to cool you on the warm Thai nights. Pattaya has several rooftop bars, many are situated within the hotels, so we have picked out our 6 favourites.<\/p>\n<h5>The Roof Sky Bar &amp; Restaurant<\/h5>\n<p>Located on the 24th Floor of Siam@Siam Design Hotel at the northern end of Pattaya Second Road is arguably the best of the rooftop bars in Pattaya. The Roof Sky Bar offers 360-degree panoramic views across all of Pattaya and Naklua. Here you will find an infinity pool and paddling pools where you can sit an relax with a few drinks. They have a seasonal a la carte international menu which, of course, includes a number of Thai dishes. The prices are reasonable considering the location.<\/p>\n<h5>Rooftop Terrace<\/h5>\n<p>The Rooftop Terrace is at the Holiday Inn in North Pattaya. From here you will get some stunning views across Pattaya Bay and beyond. It can be found on the 25th floor and has a happy hour between 6pm and 8pm when there is a 2 for 1 offer making the prices very reasonable indeed. Due to its height and location, the views are probably the best in all of Pattaya. Again they offer a happy hour, this time between 5pm and 7pm where cocktails are 2 for 1.\u00a0 This makes it a romantic venue to enjoy the evening sunset. As you would imagine, they have an excellent 5-star restaurant which is just a superb added bonus.<\/p>\n<h5>DIB<\/h5>\n<p>Located at the very southern end of Jomtien Beach Road, you will find the D Varee Jomtien Beach Hotel and at the very top, on the 38th floor, is the DIB Bar. It is a chic, modern bar with an excellent selection of imported beers, wines and spirits. The bar has a large, iconic window allowing its guests to look down on the bright lights of Central Pattaya. Above, you will find a rooftop bar and restaurants that is excellently priced when you take the location into account. You will get city views rather than sea views but nevertheless, it is still worth visiting.<\/p>\n<h5>Ruffino<\/h5>\n<p>Found on the 9th floor of the Centara Grand in Pratamnak is the Ruffino. Although one of the lowest of the rooftop bars on the list it still offers guests uninterrupted views across Koh Larn. It has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere that includes a first-rate Italian restaurant. If you are a wine lover, this is the place to go as they even have a walk-in wine cellar!<\/p>\n<h5>The Sky 32<\/h5>\n<p>This is the brand new rooftop bar in Pattaya that can be found at the top of the new Grande Centrepoint Hotel at Terminal 21. Here you can enjoy indoor dining or al fresco and it is even open for breakfast between 6.30am and 10.30am.
