Fairtex is most commonly associated with Muay Thai boxing so not surprisingly their gyms are some of the best around, catering for everyone from beginners up to professional athletes. Their facilities are first class including the locker rooms, gym area, Muay Thai training and other sporting zones. They have everything that a serious sports person would require including a raw food café to help with nutrition along with spa and massage services to help soothe those aches and pains. The prices do reflect the quality of the gym, so this may not be an option for everyone. The gym is located on North Pattaya Road, close to the Dolphin Roundabout.
Tony’s Gyms
It would be impossible to include a list of the best gyms in Pattaya without including Tony’s Gyms. They can be found all around the city including in East Pattaya. The equipment and facilities may not be that of Fairtex but it is still good quality. Generally, they are open 24 hours a day although this does vary from gym to gym. Tony’s Gyms are popular with Thais and excellent membership offers are available. These gyms offer great value for money and the fact that you can use any of the gyms if you are a member is a bonus for many.

Castra Gym
Located at the very top of Soi Khao Talo, Castra Gym is the largest gym in East Pattaya and caters for all abilities. The atmosphere is far more relaxed than many of the other gyms but that doesn’t mean that they don’t cater for professional athletes. You will find some of the heaviest weight plates in Pattaya at Castra Gym. However, it is not just body-building that the gym concentrates on, you will also find plenty of aerobic equipment and regular yoga classes are also held onsite. It is very competitively priced so should appeal to most people.
Fitness 7
Fitness 7 is located at The Avenue Shopping Centre on Pattaya 2nd Road. This is once again a slightly more upmarket gym although everyone is made to feel welcome. There is a wide selection of machines to suit everyone from novices to professionals along with a good selection of free-weights. Prices would be described as mid-range.
