Jomtien, like many places in Pattaya, is home to some absolutely fabulous restaurants. You have quite literally everything from beach shacks to fine dining as well as every genre of food that you could imagine. Picking out the best restaurants is always subjective but we have selected some of our personal favourites and ones that our clients frequently mention.
Natan’s is one of the well-established restaurants and is very close to the Pattaya Prestige Properties office on Thappraya Road. They serve excellent French food along with other international and, of course, Thai dishes. All this is done in a very relaxed cosy atmosphere with friendly and efficient staff. This is a great venue for an evening meal or perhaps just something simple.
Sandbar By The Sea
This is another restaurant that offers and relaxed atmosphere that is increasing in popularity. This is a superb place to go for breakfast or brunch with ample fresh fruit and other delights available. Naturally, it is also available for lunch and dinner serving a range of Western, Asian and Thai dishes.
Akvavit Bar & Grill
Akvavit is a Swedish Restaurant that delivers some of the highest quality grilled food in all of Pattaya. In addition to succulent meats such as pebbled steaks, they also have an extensive range of imported seafood that is always cooked to perfection. The range of drinks is also excellent and the staff are an absolute credit to the owners.
Fantastic opportunity to live in centre of Jomtien just a walking distance to the beach!
It would be impossible to discuss the best restaurants in Jomtien without mentioning Laong’s. The restaurant serves, as they would describe, “Thai, Fusion and International Cuisine” and has quickly established itself as one of the main destinations in the area. Possibly offering the widest range of menu in Pattaya, Laong’s is open for breakfast until late evening meals – so you really have no excuse for giving it a try!
Linda’s feels like it has been around forever and there is a reason for this, it offers fantastic international food. Predominantly a Norwegian restaurant, Linda’s is a large venue that is open for breakfast and right throughout the day. Luckily, they have plenty of tables available as the place is always crowded especially with those from Scandinavia.
Pattaya and Jomtien have some great Italian restaurants so picking out just one is very hard. La Bocca has just edged it on this occasion. They serve exquisite Italian food and the prices are very reasonable when you consider the quality. They also have an extensive drinks menu that complements the magnificent food which is served in a relaxed environment.
When you are looking to experience fining dining in Jomtien, Moonlight could be an option that is often overlooked. This really is a 5-star restaurant in every sense and is becoming increasingly recognised for its excellence in terms of food and also the quality of service. If you are planning a special meal for a birthday or anniversary, then this is a great choice. A pickup and drop off car service is also available for just 300 Thai Baht.
