The project features an impressive array of amenities not normally found in a project of this price range and truly represents excellent value for money. These amenities include such things as a communal swimming pool, a fully-equipped gymnasium, a separate lobby entrance and reception desk, covered car-parking and 24 Hour security. The bulk of the amenities are localized to the 1st Floor with 2 high-speed lifts providing access to the 144 condominiums on Floors 2 to 8.
In my opinion you’ll be hard pressed to find better value for money anywhere else and with the recent completion of the Terminal 21 Shopping Center nearby, prices within this project and area are most likely to go up in the foreseeable future.
