Savanna Sands will include three 26-storey condominium towers consisting of a total of 1499 units, in other words a very large development. Furthermore the project will include a 7-storey hotel and serviced apartments with 150 rooms. The facilities will include a tropical water park and a lazy river that twists around the African themed paths and bridges. The project will include studios with a size of 26 sqm, one-bedroom units with a size of 35 or 37 sqm, two-bedroom units with a size of 56, 62 or 65 sqm. The development will be located on Watboonkranjana Road in Jomtien, in the same area as Park Lane Jomtien Resort and Paradise Park.
