There are lots of bars around Pattaya that have excellent pool tables, many of which have teams that play in the local leagues. Getting a game of pool is usually easy, even if you are visiting on your own with other customers and even the girls happy to take on the challenge. However, if you are looking for something a little bit more serious, there are a few places that focus on offering 8-ball pool.
Legends Pool and Sports Bar
Legends is located just off Pattaya Klang, close to the Third Road junction. This is a very modern venue even though it has been open a few years and has 11, 9 foot Brunswick tables and tournament tables. Frequent competitions are held including killer pool with some quite substantial prizes pots being available. Coaching is available and there is also an onsite shop where you can buy all the equipment that you need. Darts is also available and there are 17 TVs that are constantly screening sports.
Megabreak
Megabreak is a very well established pool hall that is located on Soi Diana in Central Pattaya. The property has been modernised numerous times over the years and is now a very sophisticated and plush venue. They have 15 tournament standard pool tables and again organise frequent competitions that attract some of the best pool players from the area. If you don’t want your evening to be totally dominated by pool, a number of TVs are constantly screening sports.
The venue has a good food menu and offers a wide selection of drinks including imported beer on draught. Tables are booked by the hour and are reasonably priced.

Double Kiss Pool and Sports Lounge
Double Kiss is a popular pool hall that is situated on Pattaya Third Road. They have 10 professional standard pool tables that are very well maintained by the extremely attentive female staff who also create and a welcoming and friendly environment. If you are looking for something a little different they even have a diamond pool table as well.
The venue claims to offer “The best value in Pattaya” and is a bright, vibrant place. Similar to the other venues, it has a plethora of TV screens as well as offering darts. Drinks are very fairly priced and ample parking is available, something that can be a problem at some of the other venues.

Shoot Pool
Shoot Pool has 4 American tournament pool tables and 2 English tournament tables and is part of the Centre Condo Complex on South Pattaya Road. This is a fully airconditioned venue that also classes itself very much as a sports bar with a wide variety of televised sports being screened. This is one of the cheapest pool halls in the city, something that adds to its popularity.
Tim Bar
Tim Bar on Pattaya Second Road, opposite Mike Shopping Mall, is not one of the first venues that springs to mind when you think of pool in Pattaya. However, if you walk past the agogo stage, in a separate room at the rear of the building, you will find several pool and snooker tables that are again well maintained.
