The Top 6 Irish Pubs in Pattaya

Pattaya has a wide selection of pubs, bars and restaurants and luckily the city is blessed with some authentic Irish pubs where you can enjoy the craic. Here you will find Guinness on tap, excellent pub grub and an atmosphere that just draws you in. One thing is for sure, you will have a great time at any of these pubs.

Jameson’s Irish Pub

One of the longest established Irish Pubs is Jameson’s which can be found at Nova Park on soi AR. Here you will find genial host Kim Fletcher holding centre stage welcoming in visitors, both new and old. The pub is designed in a very typical manner with a long bar area and a wide range of draft beers including Guinness and Magners cider. The price of the draft beers is very reasonable and you will also find a large menu offering western and Thai dishes. The special of the day always represents great value and you definitely won’t be leaving hungry!

Murphy’s Irish Pub and Restaurant

Owned and run by Steve of Murphy’s Law in LK Metro fame, Murphy’s Irish Pub and Restaurant located on Soi Khao Noi in East Pattaya is a far more sedate affair. This is a family orientated Irish pub and restaurant that even has its own swimming pool at the rear. As you would expect, Murphy’s has an extensive menu offering both Thai and western dishes at reasonable prices. This is a popular venue with those living in East Pattaya.

Specious 2-Bedroom condo for sale in The Sanctuary Wongamat!

The Little Irishman can be found on Naklua Soi 16. This is a rather basic appearing venue as it is effectively two shop houses knocked together. That being said, the atmosphere is always excellent, the Guinness is cold, and the food comes in large portions. The pub has a crowd of regulars who will make anyone feel welcome and help to create a friendly atmosphere. The prices are very fair and a ‘Special’ is offered every day.

O’Gara’s Bar and Grill

Located in the Tara Court Hotel on the corner of Pratamnak soi 5, O’Gara’s as the name would suggest is a typical Irish pub that goes just that little bit further. They have a fantastic breakfast menu and an a la carte menu that is available at lunchtimes and evenings. In addition to this, you will also find a fantastic choice of western dishes made from imported meats along with a selection of Thai and Indian classics. The place has a great atmosphere and the prices start at as little as 99 Thai Baht.

Close to the O’Gara’s Irish pub, a luxury 1 bedroom in Amari Residence is now available

Dicey Reilly’s Pub and Eatery

Dicey Reilly’s can be found next to the Royal Garden Plaza on Pattaya Second Road. This is an upmarket venue that has events taking place every evening including live music. They have a comprehensive menu serving both Thai and Western dishes and a selection of beers on draft. The prices are a little on the high side, but the pub is part of the Marriott hotel so is perhaps to be expected.

Rosie O’ Grady’s

Another of the well-established Irish pubs in Pattaya, Rosie’s as it is affectionately known, can be found on soi 7 Pattaya Beach Road. The pub also has quality accommodation and is well-known for its Irish, western and Thai menu. As you enter, you will notice that it has a very traditional feel about it with once again a wide selection of drinks available. Overall, this is a great place to enjoy the craic!
