There is little doubting that there are some quality developers in Pattaya with some first rate condos found throughout the city. Often, it is the foreign developers that initially spring to mind such as Nova Group and the Riviera Group but there are plenty of top Thai developer around, many of whom surprisingly get frequently overlooked. Here are just 5 of the Thai developers who have projects in Pattaya.
Sansiri is undoubtedly one of the biggest Thai developers in the country. They have been in business for 33 years and have undertaken 295 projects across 17 different provinces including one international project (correct at time of writing). Here in Pattaya, they have completed two notable projects, namely The Base in Central Pattaya and Baan Plai Haad in Naklua. Both are quality condominiums and fully deserve the recognition that they receive. At the current time, Sansiri is developing the Edge condo which is located next to their existing Base condo.
Raimon Land is another of the well established Thai developers having been in operation for just over 30 years. Raimon Land themselves are a Thai developer although their parent company is JS Asset Management who operate out of Singapore. They have completed 4 projects in Pattaya, Northpoint and Zire in Naklua, Northshore in Central Pattaya – the oldest of their developments in the city, and Unixx in South Pattaya. They are well renowned for the quality of their projects and for putting quality management teams in place once the buildings are completed.

The Urban is well-known in Pattaya having completed a number of projects in the relatively recent past. Although they perhaps haven’t been around as long as some others on the list, their first project was ‘The Urban’ located Soi 15 behind The Avenue Shopping Complex in Central Pattaya. Other projects that they have completed include Aeras, Urban Attitude, Acqua and The Gallery – all of which are well regarded for their quality.
The Lumpini Group is another of the well-known nationwide developers. They are perhaps best known for having properties that all look pretty much the same. They mainly aim for the more budget end of the market offering smaller studios units that are equipped with spacing saving features. These unit are popular with Thai nationals keen to own their own property. The facilities are very reasonable considering how much these properties tend to cost and represent excellent value for money. There are two projects in Pattaya, both in Naklua, Lumpini Ville and Lumpini CondoTown.
Again, Apus is one of the more local developers who have only been around for in the region of a decade. Their first completed project was Apus on Soi Yume which was completed back in 2010. This is a highly regarded project and was marketed as being a 5-star condominium at the time. Although other projects are now superior, this is still an excellent project is a good location in Central Pattaya. Other projects that they have undertaken in Pattaya include Cetus and Andromeda – again both are well-known projects in the city.
