Of course, the better the living environment, the more people will want to live there. Also, many residents will have lived there a long time which again adds a sense of stability.
No Issues With Snagging
It is inevitable that new condos will have some minor faults that will need rectifying. This can be extremely frustrating if you are continually needing to get faults repaired. With a quality older condo, these faults or snags will have happened many years previous so you will be largely unaffected.
